Fabrics, trims, special orders, and custom-cut items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. However, buttons, notions, and other whole items, such as unopened sewing machines and dress forms, can be exchanged or returned for full store credit (shipping fees excluded). Please note that once an item is opened or used, it can no longer be exchanged or returned, such as packaged notions, sewing machines, dress forms, and others not mentioned here.
Please ensure that returned items are in the same condition as they were shipped. For instance, if the item was shipped on a roll, it must be returned on a roll. Refunds will not be processed for items returned damaged or in unsellable condition.
All claims and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the original shipping date.
